Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Rahway, in partnership with The Gateway Family YMCA – Rahway Branch, is pleased to offer a FREE, six-week program designed to empower you in controlling your blood sugar levels.

The program includes education, support, light exercise and lunch as the tools you need to help you achieve control and build healthy habits.

Anyone without insurance, or whose insurance does not cover diabetes education is eligible for this free program.
