A series of wellbeing workshops focused on connecting with nature and exploring creativity through natural materials and seasonal themes. Held once a month in a beautiful woodland area in Bristol, the sessions will be led by a qualified forest therapy guide and will include activities such as nature walks, creative flow techniques, and relaxation. The workshops are designed to promote mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and increase mindfulness. Booking is available through the guide's website, and while the sessions are currently only available for adults, family-friendly options will be offered soon.
