Meet & socialize with autistic adults at Chanticleer Garden for a friendly easy-going social outing. This event replaces the August support group meeting. RSVP if you are going. Note carpooling is recommended since there is limited on-site parking.
Directions Getting to the Event:
The Gardens has limited parking on site, ~70-80 spots. So we recommend you do one of these:
1. Carpool to event
2. Have someone drop you off to the gardens (e.g. a family member, friend, or Lyft/Uber)
3. Drive on your own & reserve a parking spot using the RSVP Link
For Carpooling: Meet at the Target Parking Lot at Devon Square Shopping Center (704 W Lancaster Ave, Wayne, PA). Arrive by 11:50am to leave to go to Chanticleer Gardens. Call Greg at 610-299-6803, if running late. Park at the front corner of the parking lot near the Chase Bank.

Public Transit: Use Paoli-Thorndale Trainline to the Strafford Station. Then walk to the Target Parking lot & get a car pool to Chanticleer. Or take 106 Bus to the Target Parking lot & then get a car pool to Chanticleer. Make sure to arrive by 11:50am for the car pool.

Proposed Agenda:
11:30-11:50am If you are car pooling, meet at the Target Parking Lot (704 W. Lancaster Ave, Waynem, PA) 11:50-12:10 Arrive at Chanticleer & meet at garden entrance. Determine who needs free or discounted admission
12:10-2pm Short Intos & Tour the Gardens
~1pm Take a break at the picnic tables. If people bring food, you can picnic here
2-2:15pm End of meet up. We can meet near the entrance & folks can carpool back to the Target Parking lot
Optional: If anyone wants to meet for food afterwards, we can meet at the Devon Whole Foods

-Ask permission when bringing up sensitive topics (e.g. politics, religion, anything that would cause anxiety). When in doubt ask permission to person or group of people you're talking with
