Family-to-Family Education Program - 9 Classes

During 9 sessions (Sept. 4 - Oct. 30), participants will learn effective skills to help support and understand the mental health challenges and journey of their loved one or friend.

Family-to-Family (F2F) is led by trained NAMI members who have lived experience and a first-hand understanding of the challenges of mental illness for the individual and their family and friends.
