FREE CLASS- Basic Energy and Circle Casting Workshop

This comprehensive class is a combination of basic energy, psychic protection and circle casting in one. This class is wonderful for beginners, both magickal practitioners, readers and healers and those looking for a more in depth understanding of circles in Pagan practices. This hands on class will be filled with energy raising activities, learning basic grounding and Centering, noting different energy composition through exchange and feel, learning about the chi and movement of natural energy, development of basic circle casting and practices and maybe some energy balls. Suitable for kids 13 and older with a parent. This class is a basic class but may teach some medium level materials. Please bring your notebook and a cushion or something to sit on (folding chairs available FCFS) and wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can remove if needed. :) Please make sure to bring a drink and snack with you as energy work can affect your equilibrium :)
