Summer Refreshers Workshop

Learn how to make your own kombucha probiotic tea and sparkling sodas at this free public workshop sponsored by the Racine Urban Garden Network (RUGN). Special guest Zachary Trecartin will provide an overview of the art and science of kombucha, while RUGN Board Member Abigail A'Kessler will demonstrate two ways to make your own soda, using simple syrups and herbs from your garden! You'll get to sample the tea and soda and meet others interested in gardening and nutrition.
