"Support for Sam and His Family

Sam’s life was forever changed when he was the victim of a hit-and-run motorcycle accident. A driver, who was uninsured and driving without a license, turned suddenly in front of him, causing a devastating collision. Sam’s motorcycle was totaled, and he suffered severe injuries—including a shattered left shoulder and a large hematoma on his thigh.

Since the accident, Sam has been unable to return to work. Just as he was starting to recover, tragedy struck again. On May 2nd, Sam suffered a stroke that left him with vision problems and difficulty walking. Each day is a challenge, physically and emotionally.

Sam is not only fighting to heal—he’s also fighting to care for his family. He’s a devoted father to a 2-year-old son and stepfather to two daughters, ages 11 and 13. Unfortunately, after six months on short-term disability, Sam lost his health insurance when his employer terminated his coverage.

With mounting medical bills and no income, Sam and his family urgently need support. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward medical expenses, daily living needs, and helping provide stability for his children during this incredibly difficult time.
