Sacred Transitions: Trusting Your Soul’s Journey

Life’s transitions whether chosen or unexpected invite us into sacred territory. As we navigate the uncertainty of career shifts retirement empty nest relationship loss health challenges caregiving responsibilities and grief these passages invite us to honor our past embrace our present and open our hearts to future possibilities.

In our time together we’ll move through a three-part journey to reconnect you with your inner wisdom and explore practices and tools for navigating change. We’ll begin with The Path Behind You—honoring and/or grieving what has been. Then we’ll enter Through the Wilderness—strengthening our capacity to navigate the “messy middle” where grit grace and transformation intertwine. Finally we’ll explore The Way Forward—gaining clarity and courage to imagine new possibilities and take intentional steps forward.

Through storytelling mindfulness guided reflection and self-compassion practices we’ll listen within and reconnect with what matters most. Come rest in a space of sanctuary and support where your journey is witnessed your spirit is nourished and new possibilities begin to unfold.

Friday October 31 – Saturday November 1 2025

This retreat begins at 6:30pm on Friday and ends at 4:00pm on Saturday

Cost: $205 (includes overnight accommodation and two meals)

Lee Ann Franklin is a retreat and workshop leader transition coach and founder of Second Act Soul Coaching where she helps individuals groups and teams navigate transitions with clarity purpose and joy. Lee Ann has an M.Div. degree from Saint Paul School of Theology and is a board-certified chaplain with additional certifications in mindfulness for psychotherapy health ethics grief support and grief yoga. Her personal experiences through major life transitions and caregiving inspire her sense of purpose in equipping and empowering others to navigate change with wisdom and courage.
