Meet Baby Grady
Baby Grady was diagnosed with biliary atresia, a rare and life-threat liver disease, at just two months old. The condition prevents his body from properly draining bile due to missing or malformed bile ducts.
Despite undergoing a Kasai procedure to correct the issue, the surgery was unsuccessful. Since then, Grady has battled recurring infections and undergone multiple paracenteses to relieve fluid buildup. He is now on the liver transplant list, currently waiting for the perfect size liver, with a lengthy recovery at Children’s Mercy in Kansas City, Mo.
This journey has placed a heavy burden on Grady’s loving parents. While balancing life between hospital and home and are often separated from their other children.
Please come on out and join us to help raise funds for medical expenses and travel for the family for Baby Grady’s loving parents and help this sweet, loving, strong boy!
