Constellations show us a truth; they show us something that we have not been aware of until then. They take us beyond our story and show us a picture of a situation that we would not be able to grasp only with our conscious mind. And yes, often, they show us something that we do not want to see, that we have denied or displaced in our conscious day-to-day life.

And this truth, at a first moment, might be uncomfortable and even painful. But they always show us a way to find a solution, to overcome the pain, the anger, or whatever might be there, to find our way back to love and to find peace and reconciliation in our heart.

Constellations are not a magic wand, but we everyone can experience miracles like these:

• The miracle of reconnecting to our roots.
• The miracle of reconnecting to our family’s strength, wisdom, and gifts.
• The miracle of understanding that true healing starts with us but cannot be achieved without including the highest good of everybody involved.
• The miracle of experiencing feelings and sensations that otherwise we would never have a chance to experience.
• The miracle for all participants of connecting with each other on a heart level – so much needed in this world of separation and emphasis on the mind.
• The miracle of understanding that everything happens for a reason and that shame and guilt vanish in the presence of truth and love.
• The miracle of understanding that we are all the same, children of parents who again were children of their parents and so on. And that whatever children carry for their families they carry it out of a deep love and longing to rebalance the family system.
• The miracle of solutions showing up when everything seemed to be stuck or lost.
• And - finally – the miracle of being held by something bigger, something that we cannot explain, and we don’t have to.

We all contribute to these miracles in a balance of giving and taking by implementing the insights and the learning that we have witnessed, by letting go of our wish to explain and to analyze, by holding the final picture of the constellation in our heart, and allowing the process to unfold in its own pace.

Ursula is a trans-personal therapist, facilitator, supervisor and trainer of constellations. She has facilitated more than 1000 constellations with hundreds of participants of different backgrounds and nationalities. She is working in Bulgaria, Malta, Romania and online internationally.
