A SPACE FOR
honest conversations, personal growth, and a sense of brotherhood.
Are you a man living in Copenhagen, looking for something deeper than small talk and surface-level meetups?
This project is about creating an English-speaking men's community with a special focus on expats. Our aim is to build a safe and meaningful space where men can connect honestly, reflect on life, and explore what it means to be a man in today’s changing world.
WHY THIS GROUP?
Many men today—especially those living abroad—struggle to find meaningful connections. Friendships may exist but rarely go beyond the casual. For expats, the challenge is even greater. Social circles in Copenhagen are often already formed and hard to break into, leaving many men feeling isolated, disconnected, or simply longing for something more real.
This group is here to change that.
We believe that strength includes vulnerability, and that real connection begins when we dare to be fully ourselves.
We’re Ruben, Simon and Anders, three guys who work in the National Church of Denmark, creating English-speaking spaces for expats, and we start this group because we’re been looking for it too.

LEARN MORE
We're not here to "fix" anyone. We’re not a therapy group. Instead, we offer something that’s often missing in modern life:
- A slower pace
- Deep, honest conversation
- Presence and listening
- Space to show up without masks
We believe that strength includes vulnerability, and that real connection begins when we dare to be fully ourselves.
Our meetings can include:
- Conversations around masculinity, identity, and life as an expat
- Quiet spaces for reflection or meditation
- Talks or rituals around themes like purpose, belonging, or resilience
- Walks in nature or shared meals cooked together
No pressure. No performance.
Just a space to be human – together.
Why now?
The world is rethinking what it means to be a man. In 2025, masculinity is no longer about fitting into a narrow mold. This group offers a place to explore modern manhood in a supportive community — strength without hardness, openness without judgment, belonging without competition.
And for expats, it’s a chance to find rhythm, connection, and a sense of home in a city that can otherwise feel a bit closed off.
Who is it for?
Any man (aged 20–50) living in Copenhagen with an international background.
It doesn’t matter where you're from, who you love, or what you believe. What matters is the willingness to meet other men with openness, honesty, and curiosity.
