Movement in the Park - Tai Chi in the Park
Join the Town of Quispamsis and Taoist Tai Chi ®. Moving meditation reduces stress and helps us find energy, balance, and joy. Integrate body, mind, and spirit to build strength, flexibility, and stillness.

It’s Fee-FREE and Active Transportation is encouraged to all attending.

Special thanks to Taoist Tai Chi ® for making this event possible.
