⏰ Assembly: 4 PM | Yoga: 4:45 PM | Sound Healing: 5:35 PM
📍 SWIG, Capitol Green Street, Matandang Balara, QC
💖 Php 1,600/session — part of the proceeds go to DECPaws animal welfare projects (TNVR, rescues, meds, and community feeding)

Come stretch, breathe, and help the fur-babies—because self-care hits different when it comes with a cause. 😺🐶
