There is no ice cream better than homemade. Serve it to the family or create a cool business with it. Take a basic flavor and learn to turn it into a variety of frozen delights like Chocolate Tiramisu, Banana Cream Pie Ice Cream, Ice Cream Cookies, Black Forest Ice Cream, and Frozen Profiteroles plus bonus sauce recipes.

Demonstration class with students’ participation. Please bring food containers and an ice cream cooler box.
