Is there a better way to spend a day than trying out new snacks? Led by Chef Heny Sison, spent your day trying out some new recipes with matcha. In this class, you can learn five (5) matcha baking recipes through hands-on experiences. You can taste the matcha desserts, and take some baked goods home as souvenirs of your class. Recipes are Matcha Tiramisu, Matcha Brownies, White Chocolate Matcha Cookies, Matcha Choux Au Craquelin, and Matcha Crinkles.
