2RK summer smash fit

A 5 week 45min/each non contact boxing fitness class, learn to throw a punch or put your old training back to good use.
get a sweat going and your heart rate up to start your day.

Classes will be held
Tuesdays and Thursdays
6-6:45am every week of July.
