Xantus and/és Borneo - Book launch in Singapore

The Asia-Europe Foundation (ASEF), the Embassy of Hungary in Singapore and Sunway University Press present: Xantus and/és Borneo, an exclusive book launch with the authors: Tamás Kiss, Balázs Venkovits and Christopher Higgs.

This year marks the 200th anniversary of the birth of János Xantus, the renowned Hungarian naturalist and explorer. On this special occasion, we invite you to join us for a fascinating glimpse into Xantus’ travels across Asia, particularly his journey to Borneo.

The newly launched volume offers insights into his remarkable discoveries and how his legacy continues to influence scientific research and everyday knowledge today.
