Join us at in Te Atamira every Wednesday @ 6:30pm for free meditation workshops.

Embark on a journey to connect with your true self with the Sahaja Yoga meditation technique. Through kundalini awakening we guide you towards inner peace and serenity offering a unique approach to meditation. 🌼

First timers and beginners welcome! Seekers of truth welcome!
Completely free of cost, and no need to bring yoga mats, seating will be provided.
