Kate is a Queenstown based climber, backcountry skiier, and ski partoller at Coronet Peak. Kate has suffered some injuries in the last few years, and is going to share with us how she navigates through dealing with injury and ego in mountain sports.
Whether you're new to town and looking for a new ski-touring buddy, or a seasoned skier looking to get into some winter alpine activities and need a partner, come along, grab a beer and connect with some new faces.
We will be handing out free OFF-PISTE PROVISIONS, so get ready to sink your teeth into mouth watering vegan jerky!
This event is run through the New Zealand Alpine Club but members and non members are welcome. The more the merrier, so spread the word.
