Are you ready to take your freediving skills to the next level? Join our open water freediving program and explore the depths of the ocean like never before!
This session is designed to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to safely and comfortably freedive in open water environments.
With the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll learn techniques for equalization, breath-hold, general freediver skills and dive planning, as well as strategies for interacting with marine life in their natural habitat.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced freediver, this session can help you reach new depths and achieve your goals.

- PADI Pool Basic Freediver qualified (or equivalent).

𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝗯𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀
Under coaching, participants will learn the following skills.
• Equipment set up, entry and exit techniques.
• Correct weighting practice
• Free immersion practice to a maximum depth of 16 meters
• Buoyancy checks using free immersion.
• Constant weight freediving
• Ear and mask equalisation including troubleshooting for common problems.
• Surface and active Buddy procedures.
• How to recognize and rescue a diver in distress.
And time permitting, recreational freediving!
𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐚
By the end of the session, students will be able to demonstrate the following.
• Correct breathe up, recovery and safety signals.
• Free immersion using streamlined body position to a maximum of 16 meters depth.
• Constant weight freediving to a maximum of 16 meters depth.
• Correct weighting and understanding of positive, neutral, and negative buoyancy in relation to freedivers.
• Demonstration of buddy techniques as surface and active safety.
• Be able to recognize a diver in distress and perform a rescue at 5 meters depth
