This session is designed to be inclusive and welcoming, allowing you to move at your own pace while connecting with the land, yourself, and a supportive community.

After a rejuvenating flow in our covered open air pavilion, enjoy time to relax, connect with fellow participants and soak in the peaceful surroundings. Your experience is completed with a delicious, freshly prepared farm-to-table vegetarian meal, featuring locally sourced ingredients that nourish the body. We happily cater to special dietary needs.
