Sky Farm LIC is a rooftop educational farm run by the Variety Boys and Girls Club of Queens. 2025 is our second season, and we're happy to announce we're expanding our programming to involve a series of community workshops.
Join us on Sunday July 27th to kick off our series with an Open House. Meet our farm crew and mingle with others, enjoy some snacks, and participate in a 45 minute chat focused on discussing and sharing resources, from classes taken to volunteer opportunties, favorite podcasts, job search engines, books, and more. Our crew will also be sharing a list of some of our own favorite resources, and sending out the list of resources shared afterwards! We'll also be launching the descriptions and tickets for our August, September, and October workshops.
Open House runs 12pm-3pm. Our chat will run from 1:30-2:15.
