It offers a structured space for participants to explore generational wounds, fostering understanding, resolution, and movement in areas of life that may have previously felt unchangeable.

This intimate and immersive one-day workshop includes:

About Your Facilitator: Sylvia, originally from the Greek island of Cyprus, has spent the last twenty years in New York working in the spiritual and healing arts. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and specializes in Family Constellations, Brennan Energy Healing, Astrology, and Shamanic Healing practices. Her deep knowledge and compassionate facilitation create a space for profound transformation.
