Energy Harmonization

This unique class combines chakra balancing, sound healing, and breathwork to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into alignment. Set in a serene space, this session is designed to help you release tension, rebalance your energy, and leave feeling renewed.Admission to the sound bath class is included with your ticket.

Please note that access to Spa Castle’s facilities before or after the class is not included. However, guests who wish to enjoy the spa amenities after or before the session can purchase a Guest Pass at 30% off.

About the Facilitator

This session will be guided by Laura from Sounds del Alma, a certified sound meditation practitioner and mental health counseling student dedicated to creating safe, restorative spaces for emotional balance and energetic alignment. With a gentle, trauma-informed approach, her sessions blend sound healing, breathwork and enegergy healing with mindfulness to support deep relaxation and inner connection.

By purchasing a ticket to this sound bath session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Participation Waiver:You understand that sound healing may involve deep relaxation and subtle energetic shifts. You affirm that you are in good physical, emotional, and mental health to participate in this experience. If you have a pacemaker or implanted medical device, you acknowledge this class is not recommended, and you will refrain from attending. You agree that participation is entirely voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages known or unknown which you might incur as a result.
2. Liability Release:You release and hold harmless Laura Beltre and Sounds del Alma from any and all liability, claims, or demands for accidental injury, illness, or property damage arising from your participation in this class.
3. Photo & Media Release:By attending this event, you consent to the use of any photos or videos taken during the session for promotional and marketing purposes by Sounds del Alma. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify the facilitator before the session begins.
