Self Hypnosis Workshop

In this two day workshop we will be going over all of the basic techniques for self hypnosis starting with the first day showing how to perform hypnosis on oneself and followed by receiving in depth feedback and help on day two from professional hypnotists to ensure that you feel confident in being able to hypnotism yourself. As an extra bonus we will be offering an introduction to using spaced repetition techniques to memorize large amounts of information over time. So come join us as we teach you the techniques to use Hypnosis to achieve and experience things in your life that until now you would have only thought was a dream or a wish!
Cost is $225 for both days and includes materials such as handouts, pamphlets and refreshments.
