LIVE INTSTRUMENTAL HIP-HOP / Collectif ZZA @ Le Projet

Zza est un groupe musical de Québec qui propose un hip-hop instrumental teinté de soul et de jazz. Formé en quatuor, le groupe lance un premier EP intitulé Vingt-six et demi, une relecture originale de standards bien connus. Son deuxième EP, Tableaux, paru le 25 avril, est interprété en trio et se distingue par un répertoire entièrement composé de pièces originales.

Zza assure lui-même l’enregistrement et la production de sa musique depuis son local au Pantoum.

Zza is a musical group from Québec City that creates instrumental hip-hop with soul and jazz influences. The group released its first EP, Vingt-six et demi, as a quartet, featuring unique arrangements of classic standards. Their second EP, Tableaux, released on April 25, is performed as a trio and features only original compositions.

The band handles all recording and production from their studio at Le Pantoum.
