PREP, based on 40+ years of ongoing research in relationship health, helps couples learn how to communicate effectively, work as a team to solve problems, manage conflicts without damaging closeness, manage expectations, promote intimacy, and preserve and enhance commitment and friendship, to help prevent future marital problems and divorce.
