Book Signing: Glenna Orr

Glenna C. Orr is a career public school teacher. Glenna's profession has led her to teaching in the classroom, promoting success for reading and writing as a Reading Specialist, and serving as a mentor for her colleagues throughout the years. Glenna has established intergenerational programs during and after school for most of her career. Inspiring students of all ages to volunteer with those individuals who have a lifetime of wisdom and knowledge to share, is a strong belief of hers.
Glenna is a long standing member of Generations United International Membership Organization, Washington, D.C. She is on the Board of Directors of Reading Is Fundamental of Northern Virginia. Glenna is committed to enriching the lives of youth and of the ageing.
Friendships With The Heart is Glenna's fourth book. Memories With The Heart, is Glenna's third book. Hearts Always Open, is the title of Glenna's second book, and Open Minds, Open Hearts - A Journey With The Ages is her first book.
