Duration: 75-minute sessions

Explore your soul's history with a Past Life Regression. Understand yourself better by traveling into your past to receive guidance on your future. Learn why you gravitate toward a certain person, place, or career. Regressions may also explain those deja vu moments we all experience. A session begins by choosing a focus for the regression, followed by hypnosis to help you easily transition into a relaxed state where you may recall experiences from previous incarnations. In closure, we discuss information that was recalled so that you can better understand yourself, identify correlations to your current life, and realize present-day opportunities and personal strengths.
