Workshop 3: Setting Healthy Boundaries
Boundaries protect our energy and help us create balanced, respectful relationships. This session will help you understand why boundaries can feel hard and give you tools to set them with clarity and confidence.
In this workshop, you’ll experience:
- Grounding & Safe Space: A brief grounding exercise and group intentions for confidentiality and respect.
- Personal Story & Practical Tools: I will share my own journey with boundaries and guide you through simple, practical strategies for setting healthy limits.
- Guided Meditation: A meditation to help you feel grounded and confident in your boundaries.
- Journaling & Reflection: Space to reflect on what boundaries you need and how to set them. Sharing is optional.
- Take-Home Resources: Prompts and meditation links for practising boundary-setting beyond the session.
About Justyna’s Approach:
All four workshops are grounded in my own journey of healing from trauma, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Over the years, I’ve learnt what it means to rebuild safety, trust, and connection with myself, slowly — and I bring those lessons into the way I guide others.
My approach blends holistic, trauma-informed practices with mindfulness and somatic awareness, always centred on choice and emotional safety.
Each session includes:
- Gentle grounding and breathwork to support emotional regulation and presence
- Somatic tools to notice and release where emotions live in the body
- Trauma-informed principles so nothing feels forced — sharing is always optional.
- Mindfulness and reflective practices like guided meditation and journaling to deepen insight and self-compassion
I don’t teach from a distance — I share parts of my own story because I know how isolating the healing process can feel. My goal is to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and equipped with practical tools that you can apply in your daily life.
