Breath-Focused Mindful Movement Yoga @ Harold Park near Tramsheds

Join us for a donation-based gentle yet powerful yoga class centred on mindful movement and breath awareness. This session blends flowing movements with intentional breathwork, inviting you to reconnect with your body and calm your mind. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, this class offers a welcoming space to slow down, release tension, and cultivate inner balance.
