οΈIf you are a private organization or SFRG you still need to have an approved fundraising request as well.

οΈIf you are food vendor you must submit and get an approved DD2970 as well.

οΈAs a reminder only SFRGs, Approved Private Organizations, or individuals who are: a U.S. Civilian employees to include contractors, service members, retirees, or authorized dependents may be a vendor at the events. Also, they are not a business off base operating in Korea.

οΈFor ALL MWR events please note, that if you are selling the same products as MWR, they must be sold at πππ ππΌππ ππππΎπ ππ ππππΌπππ than MWR.
β‘οΈAn example if MWR is selling water at $2.00 dollars, all other vendors must sell at $2 dollars or higher.

οΈYou must follow all instructions on setup, operations, and clean up, to include when you can move your vehicles and when you can not and ensure your products are community appropriate and family friendly.
1. All rules, regulations, and policies still apply and if any actions, information, sales and etc. violate this or other guidance you may be asked to Cease-and-desist operations and/or be removed.
2. All items and activities must be the same as what was on the vendor application and fundraising forms and be approved, or you may be asked to refrain from continuing those items and/or be removed.
3. Understand that all liability is still on the individual or organization. It is their responsibility to be self-insured and liable for the products, services, and/or other information being provided, applicable laws, regulations, and rules still apply to organizations and personnel. All items, products, and information must be community friendly and follow guidance, regulations, rules, laws, U.S.C. Code, army values, and etc. you must have all required licenses, business licenses, and insurance as necessary.
4. Food vendors must be prepared to be inspected by 65th MED BDE and must have their approved paperwork on site, follow their food preparation plans, and using the same items listed on the DD2970.
