About the event

Canning Basics Class (Free Community Class at the Fruitland Grange))
**Date change. Will be on Wednesday, May 28th NOT the 21st**

Harvest will be starting soon. This course will teach you how to home can your garden’s fresh bounty or local farmer’s market fresh finds. You will become familiar with canning equipment and how to safely can for your pantry. Home canning is great for special diets, saving money on your food budget and providing good wholesome food for you and your family.

Open to everyone.

Bring yourself and your questions. A pen or pencil for notes may be a good idea too.

No pre-registration required.
