In this live, 𝗼𝗻𝗲-𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 program, we’ll explore how the unconscious mind forms biases that can either help or hinder how we move through the world. From everyday decisions to choices as significant as who to hire and who to trust, unconscious bias shapes more than we realize.
With awareness we can begin to challenge our biases and seek diverse perspectives.
This work strengthens leaders, employees, organizations, and communities by fostering more inclusive and resilient environments. On a personal level, even one moment of clarity can spark meaningful growth.
