Join us for a Mindful Forest Walk to celebrate the New Year. Nourish your intentions for the New Year with this revitalizing time in the forest. We will invite some gentle movement to release any fatigue and “discomfort” from your New Years Eve celebrations. ;-) Then we will relax into the natural world with walking meditation and forest sit spot. Cindy will bring a hot tea and snacks to enjoy.
Wool blankets and seat cushions will be provided for your warmth and comfort. This will be a beautiful way to start the year off in community and in the right mindset!
