The ART of Traditional French Picnics

The ART of Traditional French Picnics: Fridays, May 16, June 20, July 18. 10 a.m. to noon. $50 per class per person.
It’s summer and the perfect time for a Pique-nique Gourmand!
All proceeds benefit the PGICA! We will be making traditional recipes that you will be able to enjoy at a picnic on land or on the water. We will start our classes together and then you might finish them at home, (but not before tasting the end result in class!) Topics: May—Cake aux jambon et olives and Tomates farcies au thon, June—Quiches, and July— Les Salades d’été. Students will be advised ahead of what bowls, pans, whisks and other items to bring (Maximum 8 students). Advance registration required.
