Path of ‘Concentration and inner awakening’

In the fast-paced lives we lead, it can be easy to get lost in doing many things. In the year 1600, one of the great Tibetan Lamas decided to draw a special picture in order to teach his disciples about the Art of Concentration. What is the important role of concentration according to Tibetan Buddhism? What can we learn from this special painting that can enable us to live with more clarity and meaning in today’s world?

Join us as we draw inspiration and lessons from the book ‘Concentration and Inner Awakening’ authored by Fernand Schwarz.

This Event is hosted by New Acropolis Pune, a School of Philosophy, which is run and managed completely by volunteers, who come together in the common pursuit of Philosophy as a way of Life.

To make the most of this event:

• Please be there by 5:45pm to meet others and we can start on time. The entry to attend the talk is closed after 6.15 pm.

• Look forward to Q&A with the Instructor at the end of the Talk. Tea/Coffee and light snacks would be arranged. Use the time to interact with other participants.

• Volunteers from New Acropolis will be available to receive and help you. Please ask them all your questions!
