Heartfulness is a path of experiencing our inner self. It's simple and subtle practice of meditation connects each of us with the light and love that is present in our hearts. It teaches us to dive deep into our heart and be in a natural state of love peace and calmness. Our daily practices help awaken our inherent potential for simple balanced and joyful existence.

When practiced regularly meditation helps us become in tune with our heart and develop the capacity to remain poised and balanced at all times.

Heartfulness is about feeling. Our entire life is led by feelings and inspirations and that is the role of the heart. When we manage to listen to the heart and capture the inspiration that comes from within we learn to master our life. The whole exercise of fine-tuning the heart with the mind is through meditation on the heart and that is why it is called Heartfulness Meditation.

This precious gift of human transformation is offered without any fees. 

TIMINGS : 7.30-8.30 am

Anyone who is 15 years and above can meditate.
