Brisket, Bourbon and Cheddar Sausages
Ever wondered what goes into making a proper brisket, bourbon and cheddar sausage? Join us for a hands-on session where James will walk you through the whole process.
He'll cover the best cuts for beef, pork and lamb sausages - including meat to fat ratios - and demonstrate using boning and trimming using brisket, pork cheek and lamb shoulder.
From making the ingredients to filling the casings and linking the sausages, you'll experience every step in action. Its a great chance to learn, ask questions and pick up some butchery tricks along the way.
