Pueblo Chile Day

The Greater Pueblo Chamber and the Visit Pueblo are excited to celebrate Pueblo Chile Day at the Colorado State Fair on Saturday, August 30, 2025.


You won’t want to miss this! There will be fresh Certified Pueblo Chile wraps being prepared. The Pueblo Chile Booth will open at 11am.


You can find our Pueblo Chile booth outside of the Explore Colorado Building within the Colorado State Fairgrounds. Come enjoy a Free Pueblo Chile Wrap on us!
