About the Seminar:
The Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia has implemented the OSH (Construction Works) (Design and Management) Regulation 2024, herein known as CDM Regulations 2024 on 1 June 2024 to enhance safety throughout all phases of a construction project - design, planning, execution, and maintenance which involve all stakeholders in the construction process, including designers, contractors, clients, site managers and safety and health practitioners.
The Seminar is designed especially for Safety Professional and Practitioners to ensure compliance and reduce legal, operational, and safety risks by collaborating with other project stakeholders through awareness of shared obligations. This Seminar will also focus on documentation, communication, and coordination of health and safety requirements for construction projects.

To equip safety and health professionals with practical knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their roles and responsibilities under the Construction (Design and Management) [CDM] framework.
