This training will be conducted using the experiential learning methodolo-gy of Kolb’s Learning Cycle. This is a test and proven approach that learn-ers to experience analytical and creative thinking through workshop session, group discussions, video clips, simulations & role plays, case studies, exercises and/or games, individual assignments, templates and/or tools, then they would refect and conceptualise their lessons learned to be transferred to their workplaces upon returning from this program. Because of this methodology, learners learn more and retain more too (90%). As they retain more knowledge from this program, the probability to apply and promote will defnitely be high.

• Exercise: Use AI to automate simple accounting narratives and explain key financial terms in plain language
Module 2: Financial Reporting & Forecasting With AI
• Learn how to generate income statements and summaries from raw data using AI tools
• Visualise financial trends and produce basic forecasts to support business insights and planning
Exercise: Draft a financial forecast scenario and justify key assumptions using past performance data
Module 3: Auditing & Risk Analysis Using AI
• Apply AI to automate common audit tasks and detect anomalies in ledgers and audit samples
• Use AI to analyse financial statements for fraud indicators, inconsistencies, and risk red flags
• Exercise: Generate a Key Audit Matter or risk-based commentary using AI, based on case data
Module 4: Client Communication & Reporting With AI
• Use AI to draft professional emails, reports, and create visual dashboards to improve client understanding
• Translate complex financial data into concise and engaging narratives tailored for clients
