Join us to celebrate the Pioneer Heritage of Provo with live music, local vendors, food trucks, games, petting zoo, crafts, root beer chug, pie eating competition, and so much more!
This event will take place at North Park in Provo. We would like to bring the community together to celebrate the statewide holiday. We will hear from 3 local artists performing live music on stage. As well as a pie eating competition that anyone in the public can join. We will have a root beer chug competition, and the winners will compete on stage for a prize! There will be face painting and crafts for the kids as well as many different games. These games will include sack race, stick and pull, axe throwing, three-legged race, duck race, egg and spoon race, ring toss and more! We can’t forget about the petting zoo! The petting zoo will include 2 micro mini pigs, 2 goats, 2 sheep and 5 bunnies!
We will also have local food trucks and local vendors! Some of these vendors will show some pioneer education through their booths, as well as handing out free items or offering products for purchase. It doesn’t end there, the Pie-oneer Bake off competition will be happening during this event. 10 local pies have been submitted and will be judged by Mayor Kaufusi, Miss Provo, and two local foodies. The public will also be able to try the pies and vote for people’s choice. We hope to see everyone there!
