The Murph Challenge 2025

🙌We are excited to announce that we are an Official Host Location of The Murph!🙌

On Memorial Day, May 26th, we want you to come out and participate in this challenge.

The Murph is an event that builds confidence, camaraderie, and honor to all those who have paid the ultimate sacrifice serving our country.🇺🇸

✔️During May there will be a weekly challenge for you to complete to help get you ready for this event.💪

The Murph workout consists of:


Full Murph
1 Mile Run
100 Pull Ups
200 Push Ups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

Scaled Murph
1 Mile Run/Walk
100 Bent/TRX Rows
200 Chest Press
300 Squats
1 Mile Run/Walk
Half Murph

½ Mile Walk
50 TRX/Bent Rows
100 Chest Press
150 Squats
½ Mile Walk



You can participate in the Full-Murph, Scaled Murph, or Half-Murph.

There is no set time to finish…just the goal to finish! 🏁
