Just Be - Trevallyn

This is your invitation to come and just be.

Together we will sit in nature, listen to the sounds of the birds, place our feet on the earth, drink tea and simply just be.

Where: Trevallyn State Recreation Area (nearby to the Trevallyn Dam)

Directions: drive along Reatta Rd and turn left on to Duck Reach Road - park on the left.

Together we will mindfully walk approx 15mins to the sacred circle. The terrain is suitable for most. Gravel track with some incline/decline. If you are uncertain about the walk, please contact me for further description.

Please note our time together will be weather dependent. I will text you on the morning of, to confirm.

Please bring:

* warm clothing

* something water proof to sit on

* a thermos of tea

* if you are uncomfortable sitting on the ground, a camping chair or similar

This just be session is free for all. Stay for a short while or longer if you have the time.
