Rising of the Goddess: Healing and Empowerment Day Retreat for Women

Experience rejuvenating activities, including sound baths, craft your crown make and take, Goddess classes, vendors, painting classes, energy healing/tarot/spiritual readings and sessions, live flute and a delicious soup with salad bar luncheon. Participate in a group guided hypnosis meditation, a journaling prompt workshop, and connect with other inspiring women in our community.

Rising of the Goddess: Healing and Empowerment Retreat
Join us for an enchanting day of transformation and connection at the Rising of the Goddess Healing and Empowerment Retreat, taking place on July 13 from 12 PM to 5 PM at the serene Wilson Castle in Proctor, Vermont. This event promises to be a sacred space where you can reconnect with your inner goddess, embrace healing, and empower your spirit.
Event Kick-off: Goddess Circle (12 PM) (*included)
We will begin our journey together with a powerful Goddess Circle, where participants can set intentions and share their aspirations. This gathering will foster a sense of community and support as we embark on this transformative experience.
Grazing Table Luncheon (*included)
Following our circle, indulge in a delightful grazing table luncheon featuring a bounty of summer foods and organic iced tea. Enjoy nourishing dishes that celebrate the season, providing both sustenance and joy as we connect and share.
Empowering Classes and Experiences (*$10 fee)
Throughout the afternoon, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of enriching classes and experiences designed to uplift and inspire. Options include:
- Hypnosis: Explore your subconscious and unlock your potential. (*$10 fee)
- Yoga: Flow through gentle movements that connect body and spirit. (*$10 fee)
- Private 1:1 Readings/Energy Healings (additional fee): Gain insights and healing from our skilled practitioners. (*$25 per session fee)
- Afternoon Fresh Fruits: Refresh yourself with seasonal fruits. (*included)
- Tea Ritual: Embrace the serenity of a mindful tea ceremony. (*included)
- Reflection: Take time to contemplate your journey and insights gained. (*included)
- Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound. (*$10 fee)
- Journal Promoting: Engage in reflective writing exercises that inspire self-discovery and growth. (*included)
- Poetry: Participate in a poetry session to express your feelings and thoughts creatively. (*included)
Creative Activities
As part of our celebration, we will also create beautiful floral head wreaths—a symbol of our divine femininity. Dress in your goddess best with flowing, comfortable clothing to fully embody your spirit.
We will also have some other crafting experiences available.
Dedication to a Goddess (*included)
Before we conclude the retreat, we will dedicate ourselves to a goddess of your choice. Please take some time to research and reflect on the goddess that resonates with you, as this dedication will enhance your experience and personal empowerment.
Closing Circle (5 PM)
As we wrap up our day, we will gather for a Closing Circle at 5 PM. This final gathering will allow us to share our experiences, insights, and gratitude, solidifying the connections made throughout the day.
