Yoga On the Docks

Summer is a long-awaited and seriously enjoyed time of year here in MN--so let's embrace it and get outside! Imagine the warmth of the sun on your face as you warm up with sun salutations and a Vitamin D filled savasana with the waves lapping gently beneath you. Grab a friend and your mat and join us on the docks at Charlie's on Prior for this all-levels outdoor practice. Afterwards, stay and enjoy an early lunch or other refreshments with your friends and fellow yogis. Another Yoga 4 You sponsored opportunity to take your mat outside!
