Prior Lake- Savage Community Ed is excited to offer POUND again in August!

When: Thursdays starting August 7th at 5:30pm-6:30pm

Looking to make working out more fun and energizing? POUND is a cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing, and sweat dripping fun of playing drums. You won’t just listen to the music, you’ll become the music! You’ll love this full body work out complete with cardio, strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.

No experience necessary! Please bring a yoga mat and water, I’ll take care of the rest. 😎
