The longest night of the year — the moment the Sun stands still.
Literally. Astronomically. Energetically.
There’s a “holding of breath” built into the sky….𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘰 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘱𝘴𝘺𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘴
It’s the threshold where darkness reaches her fullness and then….𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘴
I have an 𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘪𝘳𝘦 evening planned for those who feel called to stillness, presence & introspection
📍At 5:00, we’ll open the evening with a chat about the current/upcoming astrology, points of reflection for anyone who would like to journal, pull cards etc
📍At 6:00, we’ll sit with cacao and allow her medicine to flow into the heart space, opening…expanding, surrendering.
📍At 7:00, we’ll shift the energy into gentle somatic movements (no yoga experience required, these are subtle, simple movements designed to reset and clear the “static” in our bodies & nervous systems)
From there, we’ll drop into 𝘕𝘪𝘥𝘳𝘢 and Sound Healing….
𝘐 𝘢𝘮 𝘴𝘵𝘪𝘵𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘤 & 𝘕𝘪𝘥𝘳𝘢 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘳𝘶𝘮 𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘶𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 & 𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘦𝘵! (In my personal practice and private offerings, I’ve found this combo to offer profound shifts in release & awareness)
The somatics will loosen our armor and prime us for the deep Nidra “rest”…
ℹ️The movements work from “the bottom up”…. tiny, curious, non-forcing movements that reorganize your brain’s motor patterns. It’s neuroplasticity with a soft voice❤️🩹
You’re retraining the body to stop gripping, bracing, and compensating.
ℹ️Nidra then works from the top down: parasympathetic dominance, brainwave descent, subconscious unwinding. It puts the mind into that liminal theta doorway where old patterns unclench and new imprints slip in.
Add in some sound healing and you’ve hit the sweet spot 🎯❤️🩹
