Understanding anxiety in your teen and those you care about

Join us for the kick off Community Mental Health Talk at RockRidge Canyon (room location to be posted closer to the date). This is an open even to the community of Princeton.

This topic is for more than just parents, as anxiety can affect anyone around us, including ourselves. However, we are also going to take a look at why anxiety is so prevalent in this generation.

We will discuss what anxiety is, how to identify it and how to navigate it. This is going to be an amazing talk for parents who's children struggle with anxiety, or for anyone who wants to understand more about anxiety, where it comes from, why we feel it and what we can do about it.

The evening will include coffee, tea and refreshments, as well as hand outs so participants can follow the topic and visuals.
